Annette is an experienced, C-level advisor to executives in companies ranging from mid-market to Fortune 500 and global multinationals. After completing a successful career as a Partner with Deloitte Consulting and recently retiring, she created Tirabasso Transformation Group, where she advises on transforming businesses, operations, processes and people! She is also the Managing Director for Diverse Talent Strategies partnering with organizations to enhance their talent initiatives. While at Deloitte, Annette led its Women’s Initiative for the Southeast improving the retention, development and advancement of women. She was recognized for her leadership and people development skills as a recipient of the “Women of Inspiration” award from the WNBA. Annette is also a board member of OnBoard, a leading authority for women in the boardroom and a sought after speaker on topics such as Creating a Purposeful Life Plan, Retention and Advancement of Women, and Business Model Transformation.

Tricia is the mom of twins, the owner of two businesses, and a resident of both Atlanta and a beach home in Gulf Shores, Ala. She’s learned that enjoying a more balanced life often takes some juggling and always starts by making conscious choices. An acclaimed corporate leadership speaker on achieving goals and improving work-life balance, Tricia shares her practical, easy-to-implement strategies with organizations like Marriott, Verizon and the Network of Executive Women. In her book, Working with Wisdom: 10 Universal Principles for Enlightened Entrepreneurs, she explains how to use affirmations, visualization, gratitude and seven other proven principles to reduce stress and achieve goals faster and easier.

A proven non-profit, arts, and higher education leader, Lori Sparger is Chief Operating Officer for the College of Liberal Arts at Purdue University. A member of the Dean’s leadership team, she collaborates on setting strategic direction and implementing policies and initiatives to advance the mission of the College. She also serves as the College’s chief innovation officer, working with the Dean on new initiatives and program development.
As Chief Operating Officer, she leads the College’s administrative functions, including marketing and communication, recruitment and career advancement, academic and career advising, including diversity programs and employee relations. She also instructs SCLA 300: LA Influentials, a class featuring prominent Purdue Liberal Arts alumni to assist students in planning their career paths.
Previously, she was Director of Advancement for Purdue’s College of Liberal Arts with her team consistently surpassing annual goals and raising the bar for private support of the College during her six years in the role.
Lori orchestrated an alumni volunteer-led effort that developed the College’s new tagline, Think Broadly. Lead Boldly. Elements of the strategic messaging project are now being incorporated into the College’s narrative which envisions the Liberal Arts in the 21st century as a force for good in the world.
All of her years at Purdue have been spent in the College because of her personal passion for the timeless, relevant, and essential importance of the Liberal Arts in higher education and broadly for the benefit of society. She previously served as the College’s Director of Development and as Director of Marketing and Donor Relations for Purdue Theatre. Before that, she was Director of Publications at Wabash College and a journalist for a suburban Indianapolis newspaper chain.
Lori received her bachelor’s degree in English from Purdue. She serves on the West Lafayette Public Art Selection Group and the Florence H. Lonsford Fund for art acquisitions at Purdue. One of her great pleasures is helping people recognize their gifts and step into themselves. As a writer, she is committed to telling stories that matter. She resides in West Lafayette with her husband, Gary, and two children.
FOUNDER : PIVOT POINT
Julie is a Certified Master Coach through the ICF Center for Coaching Certification. Prior to becoming a leadership and career coach, Julie led successful teams in corporate America for 12 years. At Caterpillar Inc., she led a sixty-person operations team, responsible for shipping $30M annually, developing the safety program, and managing the client relationship. Her leadership earned her facility a record 95% employee engagement and Chairman’s award of excellence. Her greatest career achievement was being a part of creating an employee-driven culture where people collaborated together. She is a believer in building trust with her team through vulnerability based leadership. Instead of knowing all the answers, Julie prefers to be curious to learn from employees and have them participate in the solution, gaining buy-in.
From there, she earned her MBA at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. Following Kelley, Julie led marketing strategy development for the annuity product line at Nationwide Financial. She then pivoted to management consulting at Adayana, where she led a team of business analysts, and was responsible for P&L of the $6M strategy business. Again, she found great passion and purpose in leadership, and was offered a role as a leadership coach with the organization’s largest client, Zoetis.
Having experienced multiple career and leadership “pivot points,” she built her coaching business, Pivot Point, which exists to develop leaders and coach high potential women in career transition through building winning career game plans. She then wrote the book that she always wanted to write, Pivot Point: How to Build a Winning Career Game Plan. Julie is passionate about helping leaders and women with their “what’s next” moments in their career and leadership journeys. Her daughters and husband are the continued inspiration for her coaching work.
