WHAT IS MENTORING CIRCLES FOR WOMEN?
Mentoring Circles for Women, powered by Diverse Talent Strategies, is a corporate membership program for companies and organizations interested in offering mentoring and professional development to their employees or members while also demonstrating corporate social responsibility by serving as mentors to a diverse pool of college students through our university partnerships.
Mentoring Circles for Women is specifically designed to make implementing your women’s leadership initiative a breeze while also providing talent sourcing tools and services to help you build a more diverse and engaged team. Whether it’s searching, matching, or tracking your results, you’ll have all of the resources you need to make your program a success.

TURN-KEY MENTORING PROGRAM*
Your employees or members serves as mentors and mentees in the program. They receive access to curriculum-based training to enhance the mentoring experience and build leadership skills.
*Note: Mentoring Circles for Women is open to people of all genders, and we encourage men to serve as mentors within a women’s mentoring program.
Participants gain access to Mentoring Circles events online and in cities across the country.
