Women’s Leadership Council Market Chair Terms & Conditions

By applying to serve as a Women’s Leadership Council Market Chair, you acknowledge and agree to the following
terms:

Role

Market Chairs serve as ambassadors for the Women’s Leadership Council within a defined market. The purpose of
the role is to help foster meaningful connections among women leaders, support local community-building efforts,
and increase awareness of the Women’s Leadership Council.


Market Chairs may assist with:
 Promoting Women’s Leadership Council events and activities.
 Encouraging attendance at local and virtual gatherings.
 Welcoming and connecting women leaders within their market.
 Identifying and referring prospective participants.
 Supporting the growth and visibility of the Women’s Leadership Council.
Market Chairs are not employees of Engage Mentoring and are not authorized to negotiate pricing, execute
agreements, enroll participants, collect payments, or otherwise act on behalf of Engage Mentoring unless
specifically authorized in writing.

Compensation
Market Chairs may be eligible for the following compensation:

Event Honorarium
A Market Chair will receive a $250 event honorarium for Women’s Leadership Council events within their market
that include at least five (5) Qualified Prospects.

Qualified Prospect Attendance Bonus
A Market Chair will receive $50 for each Qualified Prospect who attends a Women’s Leadership Council event
within their market.


A Qualified Prospect is defined as a woman who leads a team within an organization employing fifty (50) or more
employees and who is not currently participating in an Engage Mentoring program.

Referral Bonus
A Market Chair will receive a referral bonus equal to twenty-five percent (25%) of the first month’s revenue actually
received by Engage Mentoring for any participant who:
 Is personally referred by the Market Chair;
 Engages with Engage Mentoring as a result of that referral; and
 Subsequently enrolls in an Engage Mentoring program.
Referral bonuses are paid only after payment is received from the participant or sponsoring organization.
Engage Mentoring reserves the right to determine referral attribution in situations where multiple individuals
contribute to a referral.

Independent Contractor Status
Market Chairs serve as independent contractors and community ambassadors. Participation in the program does
not create an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship with Engage Mentoring.

Market Chairs are solely responsible for any applicable taxes associated with compensation received.

Confidentiality
Market Chairs may receive access to participant, prospect, or program information that is confidential in nature.
Such information may not be shared, distributed, sold, or used for purposes unrelated to the Women’s Leadership
Council without prior written authorization from Engage Mentoring.

Use of Information
Participant lists, registration information, program materials, and related data remain the property of Engage
Mentoring.

Termination
Participation as a Market Chair is voluntary and may be discontinued by either the Market Chair or Engage
Mentoring at any time, with or without cause.

Engage Mentoring reserves the right to remove a Market Chair from the program immediately if the individual:
 Acts in a manner inconsistent with the mission, values, or reputation of the Women’s Leadership Council;
 Misrepresents program offerings or compensation;
 Violates confidentiality obligations; or
 Engages in unlawful, unethical, or inappropriate conduct.

Compensation earned prior to termination will be paid in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Changes to These Terms
Engage Mentoring may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued participation as a Market
Chair constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
