Market Chair Candidate Criteria

We are seeking well-connected women founders or business development leaders who are deeply engaged in driving growth for their organizations. Ideal candidates are:

  • B2B founders or business development leaders whose businesses serve other companies.
  • Leaders who are responsible for business development, client acquisition, or strategic partnerships.
  • Professionals who will benefit from meaningful connection, peer exchange, and visibility within a dynamic executive community.
  • We also welcome well-connected executive retirees who are passionate about advancing women’s leadership and committed to giving back through mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement.
 
 

Market Chair Responsibilities

Market Chairs represent the spirit of the Women’s Leadership Council Council, bringing together influential leaders who are passionate about both advancing their own business and contributing to the success of others.

• Promote the Women’s Leadership Council within your professional and personal networks.
• Welcome & support new members, helping them feel connected and engaged.
• Foster community by encouraging participation in events, discussions, and initiatives.
• Assist with outreach, engagement, and collaboration.
