Why Mentoring Women’s Network?

Mentoring Women’s Network grew from the work of Engage Mentoring, but its purpose called for a dedicated identity and community of its own. While Engage Mentoring helps organizations build mentoring programs and develop their people internally, Mentoring Women’s Network focuses specifically on bringing women leaders together across organizations, industries, and communities.

Creating a separate organization allows MWN to offer a distinct membership experience centered on meaningful connection, leadership growth, peer support, and investing in the next generation of women leaders. At the same time, it remains powered by the mentoring expertise and proven foundation of Engage Mentoring.
