The Women’s Leadership Council is not a networking organization. While meaningful relationships naturally develop, the focus is on leadership growth through peer mentorship, group coaching, executive conversations, and a community committed to helping one another succeed.
Most members invest one to three hours each month through mentoring, learning sessions, and local or virtual events.
Members browse mentor profiles and request the mentor who best aligns with their goals, experience, and interests. Our team is also available to provide recommendations and help facilitate introductions.
Finding the right mentoring relationship matters. If a connection isn’t the best fit, we’ll work with you to identify another mentor who better aligns with your goals.
